Transferring my Domain

Hi Everyone…I’m trying to successfully transfer my domain to my host.. they asked if I have access to [email protected] and I’m not sure. Currently at my host it is says its waiting for authorization and will received an email from [email protected] I have yet to get an email. Do I need to do anything my WP side?
