Transferring points between users

    Hello,

    I’m using standard shortcode ([mycred_transfer]) for transferring points between users. Everything works fine when I enter recipient username, amount and message in the input fields. However, when I enter user first name instead of username, I am getting this error: “Recipient not found. Please try again.”.

    What can I do to force the plugin to accept user first name when I enter them in the input fields?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply. I seems like the shortcode accepts user email and user ID as well but not user first name for whatever reason. Is there an easy way (workaround) to change this?

    Hello @ibro87,

    Currently, it only takes username and ID as input parameters. It is not possible with firstname.

    I know it’s not possible with first name (display_name). I was hoping there is solution for this weird behaviour. Thanks anyway for your time.
