Transferring subscribers .com to .org

I just moved to a self-hosted blog on Bluehost and am slowing ironing out all the issues. The most recent one I can’t fix is getting my old subscribers into the new website.

I went from https://www.LiveTravelTeach.com to the same site. Its alternately still at https://livelearntravelteach.wordpress.com/.

I tried googling it and everything said to use Jetpack which I’ve tried but cannot seem to get it working ?? Jetpack won’t link to my original page. I’ve got it setup on my new self-hosted one though…

Any advice
