Transferring WP to new host account: database upload question

First off, I don’t understand databases.

I’ve just transferred a client’s web site from one hosting company to another. I have a back up of their old WP databases — they are called information_scheme.sql, mtaadmin_blog.sql and mtaadmin_wordpress.sql. The new database is named tax1014107150522 and there’s also information_schema. Do I import the old infoschema & the mtaadmin_wordpress.sql?

When I attempt to upload mtaadmin_wordpress.sql to the new WP database I get the error message below. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong? Also, does the information_scheme contain anything I need to upload?
