TransferWise Integration

I see this one that looks interesting:

On the page, it mentions “Launching February 1st, 2021″… but it’s already the 19th, so might have been delayed. Still, there’s a signup link on the page that you could check out for more info.

Hopefully it turns out to be a good integration! Personally, as a user of TransferWise, I think it would be cool to have a good integration with Woo.

Is there any news on the Wise integration into Woo?

I’ve just purchased this template which only caters to PayPal & Stripe. However, I’d like to try Wise (far cheaper and more payment options).

My developer quoted 80 hours for Wise integration and 6-8 hours for PayPal. Now I have 2 questions:
1. How can Wise be integrated with a minimal effort? And
2. How many hours would you estimate to integrate Wise into this template?

We don’t have any more info about it here. Also, these forums are for support with functionality of the core WooCommerce plugin, and are not the right place to ask for quotations on integration/development. We signed up but have heard nothing since, and not found anyone else yet who is actually doing any TW integrations.

Sorry @kellymetal, it wasn’t my intention to violate any platform rules, nor asking for a quotation. I’m just in a learning / calibration mode and don’t know how things work. Thanks for the woo developer link.

Just something to be aware of and to avoid any sort of “business” topics like prices/offers/etc in the support forums.

Also @cmykbkk, thank you for the update — that’s unfortunate that there is no recent news from them. Hopefully you hear something back from them soon, since it’s about 2 months past their expected launch, and a Transferwise integration would be pretty cool!

So far, we’ve found nothing which is frustrating to say the least. It would seem to be a very obvious integration for TW themselves to do.
