Transidrect Issue – Couldn’t find any quote for your order

Hi,
I’m having issues with Transdirect presenting a “Couldn’t find any quote for your order” when customers try to place an order.I’ve tried some of the other solutions mentioned here, like making sure our transdirect profile has address details entered, but it doesn’t seem to work.
I’ve tried reaching out to Transdirect multiple times with no response (like usual).
Has anybody had any luck fixing this issue?
