Transient data is not deleted

    It might be when you run the sweep, it got deleted, but the transient data got created again at the next page load.

    However when I use WP Optimize the transient data is deleted and the WP Sweep show no data to clean. But if I run WP Sweep first the data is not deleted.

    If you are using cache, the transient will be in your caching system (like memcache/redis). This one the plugin does not clean.
