Transients

Hi,

Great plugin! Thank you for it!

I have a question/suggestion. Could you maybe write a notification for transient options deletion that some themes are actually using transients too (even WP native themes). Or list the names of the transients that are going to be deleted (maybe on mouse hover would be enough ?? )?

Current state:

Be careful when seeping transient options as these can be used by your theme for caching purposes. Hover over the "Transient Options" title to see which transients will be removed.
