Translate alt of pictures

  • Hello,

    Im wondering if its possible to automatically translate attribute alt’s? For example im creating site in english. On the site there is 3x image with alt “Player 1″”, “Player 2”, “Player3”. And now if i want to make site in spanish, I have to translate only this word “Player” cuz numbers don’t need to be translated. And is there any way to translate this “player” in strings menu or somewhere?
