Translate Bookly form (categories, services, etc).

Hello,
I bought Bookly Pro, WPML & String Translation and everything is up to date.
Despite all this, I am desperately looking for how to translate from French (default language) to English (second language) the categories and services (opening hours, etc…) I created.
In my English page, the bookly-form is still in French.
In String Translation I see the 2442 strings of the plugin, but nothing at all about the information that I personally entered.
Where or how can I translate the bookly-form ?
