do i need add “define (‘WPLANG’, ‘vi’)” to file wp-config.php.

I tried to recreate the issue, but for me the text from the button is translated as expected – screenshot, so unfortunately it’s difficult to troubleshoot the problem, since it occurs only on your environment.

To make things easier we added a new chapter in the documentation, on how to translate such strings with Loco Translate instead of Poedit.
