    Hi there,

Today I copied the file content-link.php into my child theme folder. I translated ‘Continue reading…’ in Dutch, emptied the cache, refreshed the browser with Ctrl+F5, but nothing changed.

I tried if this same chage would work in the parent folder, but nothing happened there either.

Any ideas on what I can do to make this work?

Thanks in advance and have a nice day!

  • Hi there,

Fist you copy content.php from parent theme and paste it in to child theme and find out Continue Reading… string and replace with your own strings.

But we refer you the following way:

Our theme support multi language, its include .pot file inside language folder.Using this pot file you can translate it in to your own language using poedit
See this for reference : How to use poedit in wordpress

    Thanks

Hi! Thanks. I don’t need a multilanguage website, I just want this string to be Dutch. I’ll try copying and editing ‘content.php’ but as far as I can remember, it wasn’t in that file. But in the content-link.php file, wich I already altered, without any result.
