Translate Country list to arabic

  • Hello
    i want to translate countries.
    I have copioed listo-fr_FR.po file to languages directory and renamed it to listo-ar.po.

    After renaming, i have installed PO/MO Edit plugin and then edited translation but still countries are showing in english.

    i have added following line define (‘WPLANG’, ‘ar’); wp-config.php to tell WP about language but still i cant see translated Countries.

    Plz help.
