Maybe this can help: How can I translate WordPress Popular Posts into my language?

To do all that just to translate one word? ?? What about date format?

Well, no one has volunteered to help translate WordPress Popular Posts into Serbian so far so it’s to be expected that the plugin can’t localize strings into your language. You’ll either have to translate the plugin yourself or wait until someone does (hence the link I posted before).

Oh, and to remove the “posted on” string: Remove posted on.
