    Hi Robbys,

Here are a few things to check:

    • Is there any difference in behavior when you’re logged in as Admin vs. logged out? If so, your translation might be set to draft (only visible when logged in as Admin).
    • When you mention seeing the translations, do you mean the language switcher or the translated page/product itself? Can you access the translation by directly entering the URL in your browser?
    • Are you being automatically redirected to the default language? If yes, please try disabling the “Browser language redirect” option under “WPML > Languages.”

Lastly, could you please share a URL where I can see the issue?

Thank you, no difference when I’m logged or not.
I meant the translated and not switcher.
The “browser language redirect” option is disabled.
    The page is : https://www.registrostoricocicli.com/en/registri/registro-storico/alan/
The default language is italian but tre problem is in english page….If I see with PC or Phone is translated correct in English but if I see with Laptop is in Italian language.
I thought it was a wordpress cache problem but after clearing it it was not solved

    Hi Robbys,

Thanks for following the initial debugging steps and for sharing the link. I was able to see the issue. The page is actually in English (as declared in the source code), but there’s mixed content: Register, Brand, Models, and Features are translated correctly, while the description paragraph is still in Italian.

Here are a couple of things to check:

    1. Memory Limit Issue
Go to “WPML > Support” and check the “Memory limit” in the WordPress table. It should be at least 156M, but ideally 256M or higher.
    2. Elementor Third-Party Plugins
I noticed you’re using Elementor, which is compatible. However, you may be using a widget from a third-party plugin that hasn’t been registered for translation yet. You can resolve this by following our documentation.

If the issue persists or if you need further help, please open a chat on our support forum and share your debug information (the process is explained when opening the ticket). Our support team will have the right tools to assist you.
