Translate Email Template UM

    I would like to know how I can translate the UM email templates so users will receive their emails in their preferred language. When a user submits a form, their email is only displayed in the default language (English) of my website. I would like the email to appear in the language they filled out the form in.     I would like to know how to translate this template into French or create a French version of the template so users can receive emails in their own language. Currently, I am using the Polylang multilingual plugin.
