I’m developing a website with multilanguage (WPML). I’m trying to translate the PODS filter but I can’t find where to translate.

How can I translate “Filteren op downloads”, “7 downloads gevonden”, “– Soort informatie –“, “Filteren” and “Er zijn geen downloads gevonden die voldoen aan je filter.” into German?
