Translate Image with Hover

Hi, I have been trying for a while to translate an image while keeping the hover properties.

My bubbles for which I have nothing yet I have a hover image saying ”à venir” in french, when I translate this image to the ”coming soon” one, ”coming soon” does not know it needs to display only when mouse hovers.

Do you know how to fix this?
