Translate just working in one server

Hey.
I have 2 servers, one in wordpress pt_BR native and another in english but with the pt_BR files, so the entire website its too in pt_BR.
I installed the plugin in both servers, but only in the first server the translation worked. Files wpas-pt_BR.mo and wpas-pt_BR.po.
Both servers have the define(‘WPLANG’, ‘pt_BR’) in the config file.
Some idea why this happen ?Thanks for all!
