    Hello,

I have an issue with multiple languages on the same page.

It is a global community website with base language set to German and “Auto switch to browser language” activated.

It works great so far. English users automatically see an English website.

But now a German user got a private message in Spanish, which is not translated into German. If I switch the language to French or another language, the Spanish private message and the whole website will be translated perfectly.

Is there anything I can do to make sure everything is translated into the base language as well?

    Best regards
    Manuel

    Hi,

It is not intended to be used with mixed language content.

When you select Translate from to be German it is not going to translate Spanish to German obviously.

In our paid version we have auto detect language option available, however if you can avoid it, then better you do that.

    Thanks! ??

    Hi @edo888

    thanks for your help.

I think I will give your paid version a try.

Just one question. Does the paid version have additional options? Because you mentioned the auto detect language option. I can’t find such a setting in the free version. Not even among those that can only be activated in the paid plan.

    Best regards
