    in newsletter page where users goes if he clicks unsubscribe i cannot translate the fields
    1) language
    2) save
    3) If you change your email address, a confirmation email will be sent to activate it.
    4.Cancel your subscription

    i use polylang

    Have you tried to change the admin language on the black top bar? You should be able to access the panel for different languages.
