Translate or change permalinks/strings?

Thanks for the nice plugin. It’s a good addition to WP Job Manager.

My question is, how to change the permalinks?

By this I mean if I would like to change “companies” to e.g. “foundations”. As it is now the permalinks show “companies” in the URL’s of my site.

I know “WP Job Manager” is easy to modify through localization where e.g. the value “jobs” is translatable.
