    As you can see and as described in plugin’s infos, there is hundred thousand of WP themes. Basically half are translation ready and few are translation ready and (live) multilingual ready.
    More are “commercial”, and it is impossible to examine the sources and if there follow the WP core rules or CMS definitions (data model)
    It is why, even with WP bundled themes (like twenty fourteen), a child adaptation is necessary – see this example site – https://2014.extend.xiligroup.org
    In your case with datas define in theme dashboard, i invite to look at the free responsive theme an his multilingual child example : https://childxili.wpmu.xilione.com where frontage page is modified to make translate item defined in dashboard by the author/developer.
    It is a little technical but hope to you a good work !
