Hello, I have created the first popup which I need to show on ALL product pages. However, since my site is bilingual (Greek and English), I have created the greek popup and translated it with WPML to English.
But in the English section I still see the Greek version.

    Please, advise.

  • Dear @scudyscud ,

    Thanks for your message.

Please, deactivate and uninstall the current version of yours and install and activate this one: https://we.tl/t-CHvABKHRTN
Also, don’t forget to leave unchecked the ”Delete popup data” and ”Save changes” button clicked in order not to lose the popups you have: https://prnt.sc/tvo7pz

This issue is going to be solved during our upcoming update.

Let us know if that helped, please.

Hello and thanks for the reply.
I did what you suggested but although I do see the Greek (original) popup, I don’t see the translated popup in the english section. As a matter of fact, I don’t see any popup, not even the greek one.

    Hello again,

I created a new popup for the english language (not translate the greek one) and it works OK.
