    Hello,

It’s WordPress update scenario. It deletes old plugin completely (Included language and custom files) and installs new plugin.

For fixing this issue you should place your language file into this directory: /wp-content/languages/real-estate-listing-realtyna-wpl/ or /wp-content/languages/real-estate-listing-realtyna-wpl-pro/ (If you’re PRO member).

Please check this KB article: https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/537/
