    Hello,

It exists 2 kinds of strings the ones which are hardcoded in your theme, in your plugins and in WordPress and the ones that you fill in your theme or plugin options.
The hardcoded strings must translated with a tool such as Loco Translate: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/loco-translate/. Once the translation is done then Polylang loads the strings on the front that you translate with Loco Translate. The string that you mentioned is probably an hardcoded string.

To achieve the translation of the theme or plugin options Polylang uses the wpml-config.xml file to achieve this (the method is common to both WPML and Polylang multilinguals plugins). Once the wpml-config.xml file is created then the theme/plugins options appear in strings translations. We help our customers to create this file.
