    Hi kmilovalle,

Thank you for your message. We recommend translating our plugins, including Flexible Refund and Return Order for WooCommerce using Poeditor or Loco Translate.

Use one of these tools, and you will be able to translate any phrase such as refund.

Feel free to contact with me if you have more questions.

    Hi kmilovalle

Ok, could you tell me your WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, Loco Translate and our plugin version you have installed on your store?

Do you use any other translation plugin besides Loco Translate? If so, can you disable it for the test?

    WordPress: 6.4.3

    WooCommerce: 8.5.2
    PHP: 7.4
    Loco: 2.6.6
    Flexible Refund: 1.0.15

Im only using Loco and have succesfuly translated other plugins.

Only issue I have now is to translate the string REFUND from your plugin.

    Hi kmilovalle?

With this configuration, the translation should work correctly in your store. Please check with a different browser or via an incognito profile.

If this does not work, I wonder if there is a conflict in your shop.

This problem may be related to other plugins used in your shop. Please try to isolate an issue, by disabling plugins which are not our or WooCommerce.?Then please enable plugins one by one,?delete the cache, and check if the problem still exists.

If yes, please test the plugin again, but now using Storefront – official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.

Please, let me know about the result.

    Best Regards,

I tried everything you mentioned, even on Storefront theme but still not working.

This is the only word that wont change translation in all my site.

Any way you can look into this?
