    Hello @alfan9ve,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, we haven’t added support for the Multilanguage emails. However, the same email will be sent to all users.
But we have a plan to add support for Multilanguage emails.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the reply, perhaps I was not clear in my question.

I ask if the plugin sends the email in the language of the user who generated the abandoned cart.

This is because the abandoned cart can be generated in another language, but the email sent only exists in a unique template, without the possibility to create emails according to the languages available on the site.

A user/guest makes a purchase and doesn't finish, the email he receives is in one language only.

For example, I use WPML but it cannot translate the body of the email nor the subject, in the languages available on the site

    Hello @alfan9ve,

Thank you for getting back to us.

As said earlier, the plugin sends the emails in the same language added to the email template. However, the plugin does not send the emails in the language in which the user has abandoned the cart.

We have a future plan to add support for multilanguage emails plugins like WPML.

    Hope it clarifies.
