Translate text in widget and footer

    if a term or text is translatable (translation ready) and if the mo file of the theme or the local-xx_YY.mo (like local-de_DE.mo for german) contains the translation, the translation will be live done according current language.
    The best way to do the translation is to use online xili-dictionary (or poEdit on desktop)…
    In xili-language, only mo file gives the translation for terms in theme package or widget..)
    for better diagnosis and support use support form in 6th tab of xili-language settings…
