    Hello,

    (1)
That’s weird, it should work fine, can you please post a link/URL? If for any reason you prefer not to post it here, please send a message using the following contact form:

You should add the notranslate style class to the container HTML element. Or if you want to exclude just a piece of text, you should wrap it within a HTML element with the notranslate style class, for instance:

    <span class="notranslate">Company name</span>

    (1) My site is under testing and no outside IP to connect to. BUT GOOD THINGS COMES. When I change my “Website’s language” in the “Prisna: Bing Website Translator” plugin, my post TRANSLATED. GREAT! GREAT! GREAT!

(2.1) To the container HTML element? How to?
(2.2) I added the notranslate class into my post content and doesn’t work. Here is my post and please refer https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100004900726611 for the snapshots.

    [prisna-bing-website-translator]I have a book.
[notranslate] You have a pen. [/notranslate]
    He has a car.
    Ellos son mis amigos.

    Hello,

    alright, good news.

In the post/page editor, make sure you’re selecting the Text tab, and not the Visual tab. Then, don’t use that shortcode (it doesn’t belong to this plugin), simply use:

    [prisna-bing-website-translator]I have a book.
    <span class="notranslate">You have a pen.</span>
    He has a car.
    Ellos son mis amigos.

    The post becomes: (Spanish)

    Tengo un libro.
    < span clase = “notranslate” > usted tiene una pluma. < /span >
    él tiene un coche.
    Amigos de mis hijo ellos.

    Any other way? Let’s think.

In order to assist you, I need to see the generated HTML code. Usually if you press Control + U you can see it. See if the generated code is correct:

    <span class="notranslate">You have a pen.</span>

The other option would be for you to upload the site or a test site somewhere on the internet.

The html code seems too big to post here. Fail twice. Perhaps give me your support mail address?

    Hello,

we received the message. Your message includes:

    & lt;span class=& #8221;notranslate& #8221;& gt;You have a pen.& lt;/span& gt;

    It should be:

    <span class="notranslate">You have a pen.</span>

In the post/page editor, make sure you’re selecting the Text tab, and not the Visual tab when creating this HTML container for the text you’d like to exclude.
