The plugin is translated via www.ads-software.com by volunteers from the community. All translations need to go through a vetting process: A so called “translation editor” needs to approve all of the translations before they go live.
The current status of the Spanish (Spain) translation shows that it is 73 % for the stable release.
Once you click on “Stable (latest release)” you can double-click on a string to add a translation.
You should take a look at the Spanish glossary and the style guide before you get started.
Let us know once you have made some translation and we can help with contacting a translation editor to approve your translations.
