you can translate a translation also the free version.
First of all, I’d suggest looking if your language is already available on our page https://vikwp.com/translations. All of these translations are shared by our customers, not all of them are fully complete but you can keep translating an existing one.
Otherwise, you can create or modify a new translation by using the PoEdit software:

We suggest you use this software to create your admin translation.
Loco Translate is mostly used to modify an existing translation.
