Hi,
I’m using loco translate, but I can’t translate all the strings in the frontend in this plugin. What should I do? My language is Lithuanian.

Hello?@jonuxketux,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Regarding your query, the issue arises when the language files contain fuzzy strings, which should be removed from the language file. Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team, and we would be happy to generate the language file for you and seamlessly integrate it into the plugin.
We look forward to hearing your thoughts on this matter.
Yes, file would be great. Thank You. How to reach your team?
Hello jonuxketux,
We have released a new version that includes Lithuanian language file. Kindly upgrade the plugin version and let us know the feedback.
Looks great, thanks. One small correction. Not “Atnaujinim? s?ra?as”, but “Atnaujinti s?ra??”. It should be infinitive ??
Hello @jonuxketux,
Thank you for reaching out.
We are glad to hear that you’re satisfied with the latest version of the plugin. Regarding string replacement, since the language file is already included in the plugin folders, you can search for the specific string and replace it with the desired strings using Loco Translate.
To do this, you’ll need to navigate to Loco > Plugins > ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote – Basic. From there, you’ll find the Lithuanian language files in the list. Once you’ve made the necessary changes, you can save the file to have them reflected. Please find the below screenshot for your reference.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Can you do the same for danish? I also ran in to the same problem, with some string being translated, and some not. See screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/p6KnmnA.png
Hello @jonuxketux,
Thanks for reaching out. We will release a new version soon that includes the Danish language file. You can upgrade the plugin version once it is released and let us know the feedback.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Please, i would like a new version including Portuguese(Brazil)! Is it possible ? Thanks.
I’m trying to translate the Send Request button, using Loco Translate, and I’m not getting it. Can you help me ?Hello @pauloduque,
Thank you for reaching out. The plugin is already compatible with Loco Translate, You can generate the language file for Portuguese and update the necessary strings, including the translation for the “Send Request” button. If any fuzzy strings are generated by Loco, you can manually correct the translations.
Please let us know the results.
Hello @elextensions,
I have the same issue like @pauloduque , but i need ?the language file for Polish. I can’t translate it by myself in loco translate.
Will you help me?Hello @kmanmr2243
Thank you for reaching out. We will be releasing a new version soon, which will include the Polish language file. Once it’s available, you can upgrade the plugin and share your feedback with us.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Hello @elextensions ,
Thank you for the translation, it works great, but unfortunately the text “Your Quote List is Empty” was not translated, or rather it was, because I can see it in loco translate, but the website still displays “Your Quote List is Empty”.
Another thing is that I can only add products to the “Quote list” from the first page in the product grid pagination. If I go to, for example, page 3 and click the button, nothing happens, although after refreshing the website on page 3 it works, but after changing the page in the grid the same problem occurs again. It turns out that after each change of page in the product grid you would have to refresh the page to add a product.
Do you know the solution to this problem?Hello @kmanmr2243 ,
Greetings,
1. The string “Your Quote List is Empty” is already available in our plugin so that the third-party loco translate plugin can easily fetch these strings for translation in the desired language. Please find the attached screenshot showing the string availability in Polish. However, You can click?on the ‘Sync’ button (refer to the screenshot) to load all available strings and click on the save button. Then check if the particular strings is available?in the loco translate plugin.
2.It appears there is a theme compatibility conflict on your website that is restricting the “quote button” on different pages. I recommend running a theme compatibility test by activating the default WooCommerce theme to see if the issue persists.
Hope this helps! Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi @elextensions ,
Regarding the problem with adding to quote lists, I checked on the default woocommerce theme (Storefront) and the problem still occurs. This problem is probably related to the fact that scripts are not reinitialized after changing the page in pagination.
Would it be possible to send some script/code fragment that would fix this error?Hello @kmanmr2243 ,
Could you please contact us through the commercial plugin support link. The pagination issue you reported is not reproducible on our end?and we may need more information to look into this issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
