    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

I would like to take a look to your site in order to see why you get a string “Gratis” our plugin by default should show 0 as price and not use a string.

Could you please send me the product page in order to take a look?

    I’m looking forward your response.

    Have a good day.

Hello, I have done by hidding this field, now it is working and I can not make any changes. but if you try right now, you can get it here: please see attached:

https://snipboard.io/gGRM3w.jpg. (setting from total price checkbox: show total price and options)

https://snipboard.io/0imj9B.jpg. After above settings are done, there are the results.

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

I checked and our plugin doesn’t add the label “Gratis” in the section. Seems it’s something you have customized in order to show “Gratis” when the product price is 0 or empty.

For this reason, you can see the label “Gratis” in our addons box.

I suggest you to check it creating a simple product and set 0 as a price. If you can see “Gratis” it means that you have a code that modify it.

Another thing could be that you have a code modified and for this reason you have this label.

In this case, I suggest you to make a test on your site only with WooCommerce, our plugin and also a default theme like TwentySixteen and see if you can get the same result.

Please, check it and let me know.

    Have a good day,

    Carlos R.

    Hello Carlos R,

thank you for your suggestion, I did not customize any code in this case and I can not find where this string is translated from “0” to “gratis”. I tried with “Locotranslate” but no luck at all. Meanwhile I will hide these fields and no worries.

    Thank you for your support.

    Regards.

I found that Event Manager and Tickets Selling Plugin for WooCommerce – WpEvently – WordPress Plugin has a setting where to put Free instead of “0” when price is 0: ?show “0” price as Free, then if you disable this, everything works.
