    Hi there,

do you know if I am able to translate some of the terms (follow button, load more) when I use Polylang or WPML? Actually asking for Polylang, but interested about WPML as well.

Thanks for letting me know if I can do that somehow

    Markus

Hey @markussss, the text in the follow and load more buttons can be changed as shown on the below links:

Spotlight isn’t currently integrated directly with Polylang or WPML, but that’s something we’ll look into going forward. If there are any other parts of the plugin you’d like to be translateable at the moment, let me know.

    Hi Mark,

Yes I noticed I can change the text here – but the thing is that I would like to switch between languages – it’s only possible to show the text in one language.

As far as I understood, this is not possible now

Got it. Yes, at the moment just in one language.

I assume you’d prefer to have translations handled entirely by a solution like Polylang or WPML, so you just enter the version in your native language in Spotlight and the translation plugin does the rest, correct?

Usually that’s how its done, yes … I am not sure if there are other solutions for translating just a few words. There is Loco Translate, but that won’t work for language switcher I think
