• Hi!
I just translated and aligned texts of this plugin to Persian. I directly translated .po .mo and I can’t find any options to import it in translation section of plugin.
    what should I do?

    Hi Yasad,

You would need to place your new .mo and .po files in the “lang” folder in the plugin files. This way, it should be picked up by WordPress and/or the language plugin you are using.

    Hi!
Oh sorry I think I was not clear. I want to publish this translated files for anyone who is downloading it from plugin source. I want it to be available here:
    https://translate.www.ads-software.com/locale/fa/default/wp-plugins/order-tracking

    another question:
when plugin gets updated, and I update it in my website, does my language files get deleted? and if I just save it and then upload it again after updating, what happens if translated files have a new update too? for example when a new section for this plugin is created. does this affect the rest of my translation?
    thanks

    Hi Yasad,

In that case, you can just send us the .mo and .po files by email to [email protected]. That way, we can include them in an upcoming update of the plugin, which means they’ll be available to anyone who downloads the plugin and which also means you won’t have to add them back in after you update the plugin.
