Translated messages not showing – WPML

    Hi, I use WPML for the website with 2 language versions. I noticed that Age Gate conveniently provides translation of messages for the other language version so this is done. However the translated messages are not showing on the appropriate site, but the default messages remain.

    Hi @superseko,

    It’s because I didn’t consider multilingual sites where multiple languages share the same base code like en_GB and en_US. Bit of a facepalm.

    Will be fixed in the next release.

    Hi @superseko – this should be fixed in the latest version (3.0.10). Let me know if doesn’t work still on that one.

    We still have the same issue. Translations are provided in the admin but it doesn’t work for all languages. https://snipboard.io/LyEFiI.jpg

    Displaying the same content (wrong):

    com
    com/en-be
    com/en-nl

    Showing the correct translations

    .com/fr
    .com/nl

    We’re using age gate version 3.1.2
