Translated product category search issue

  • Hi, I am testing your free plugin before I consider buying it for a client’s multilingual eshop.

    I am facing the following issue.

    When I type (on Greek language page) in the search field the word “Παπο?τσια” which is the Greek translation for the product category “Shoes”, I get only 3 results when in reality the Category “Παπο?τσια” has 100 products!

    Are you aware of the issue? The site uses WPML for translations.

    Hello,

    Maybe the problem is that you don’t index all your translated products. Please go to the plugin settings page and click the ‘Reindex table’ button. After this check the search one more time.

    No I have indexed the products and appear all as indexed
