Translated website version not showing wholesale price

    Hello there,

    I have installed the free version for testing, and my main website is in English and everything works fine, I can see the wholesale price I have set in Product Data. But when I switch to the translated (French) version of my site (I’m using WPML) I cannot see the Wholesale Price, only regular price as usual.

    It’s weird because the Product Data is supposed to be the same no matter which language is used.

    Hi @pascalmatte,

    Our wholesale price field and all of its supporting field are custom fields. To be able to translate custom fields, you need to set them as “translatable” in WPML. Please navigate to the WPML -> Settings page, clicking on the Multilingual Content Setup tab, and scrolling to the Custom Field Translation section then set all of the wholesale price related custom fields to Copy. It’ll copy the value of wholesale prices related fields to other languages as well.

    Hello Fauzan,

    Thanks for replying! Yeah I found this action in a previous post by someone else. But I got the same problem as his. It doesn’t work for the existing products. It worked on a new one that I created as a test but all my existing products don’t seem to get the “copy”, maybe check the “translate” instead?

    Please kindly update your translation for your existing product. You can do this in WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency and click update Translation: https://snipboard.io/nNFTMB.jpg

    Thanks again, but I don’t see any button named update translation in the multilingual menu. The snippet you post is regarding Taxes, so I guess this is not the good screenshot you have planned to sent me
