    Hello,

I have a problem with TranslatePress when using Jet Engine Relations.

I have a CPT “Recipes” where I want to show related products of each recipe, for that I have created a relation with Jet Engine and through a Listing Grid I show these products in the frontend.

In the default language (English) everything works correctly, the query shows the selected products.

When changing to the second language (Spanish) the query doesn’t seem to work at all, it just shows products in order of publication (limited to 3 in this case), that is to say, it shows the last 3 products ignoring the field created with Jet Engine.

I have not found a solution for this, I understand that it is a Translatepress problem since in the original language everything works correctly.

I would appreciate any help with this.

Thank you very much in advance!

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your TranslatePress concern.

This issue is not directly related to TranslatePress. It seems that the query done by Jet Engine refers only to default content and that’s why when the language is changed — and as a result, the URL of the receipt — the query is not applied anymore.

A possible solution could be to add the query for the additional language links or use a different query per language with our conditional approach. You can use our Conditional Shortcode Based On Language to display different content for different languages, or if your website is built with Elementor, you can restrict the modules based on language using our Restrict by Language integration. Also, we have similar integrations with Oxygen Builder, and WP Bakery

    I hope this helps.

    Hi @alexcozmoslabs,

    Thanks for your reply.

I have already tried to have 2 listing grids, one for each language, restricted by Elementor with the TranslatePress integration, but the result is the same, the query is not applied in the secondary language.

I thought it was a problem with TranslatePress, but if as you say it is a Jet Engine problem, I will open a support ticket with Crocoblock to see if I can find a solution.

    Thanks for your help
