Translatepress breaks scripts when editing posts

PHP Fatal Error: Uncaught Error: Too few arguments to function trp_strip_gettext_from_get_the_date(), 2 passed in /public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 287 and exactly 3 expected

It breaks all scripts, 500 (Internal Server Error) in console while editing pages – editor loads but nothing works, wpbakery buttons are not loaded as well.
I have common plugins with some addons like wpbakery, woocommerce, learndash and profile builder, all up to date (tried to disable them – same issue). When translatepress is disabled – everything works fine. Not sure what triggered it – recent core/plugin updates or PHP 7.2->7.3 update.
