    Hello,

I never used TranslatePress before, so please go the extra mile in explanation. I have two languages added on my website English and Ukrainian. When I visit my site from my computer everything works well and my links on the switch look like this:

    https://link/en/” AND “https://link/uk/”

But when I use my mobile device, it is always English and links look like this:

    https://link/#TRPLINKPROCESSED” AND “https://link/uk/”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Are the links added using a relative path? e.g. /about-us/ instead of example.com/about-us/

TranslatePress might cause incompatibilities with relative paths.

    Best wishes,

I played with permalinks, it still doesn’t work on mobile devices. I do not use a relative path, you can see this issue even on the homepage if using a cellphone.

try to visit https://tridentdentalclinic.com/ and change language from mobile device.
