Translating a site with Ultimatum theme

Hi All,

I’m translating a site (which wasn’t built by me) based on the Ultimatum theme.
Everything was translated smoothly except some widgets on the header and footer which are based on some sort of templates by the Theme.
In these templates, there is no “display on language:x” option like on the regular sidebars.
I wonder if there is a way to bypass it, by code or some sort of widget conditions plugin that will allow displaying different widgets according to the language?

I’ve already written the theme developers, without any reply yet.
