I have a name with an apostrophe to use as a possessive. However, whatever change was recently made, the apostrophe displays as a character entity.

In [ redundant link removed ], the entry prints the name as:

    Wood's Hibernia Coins

even though the apostrophe is used in the name, not the character entity. It should print as:

    Wood’s Hibernia Coins

Which is how I verified it is entered in the name dictionary.

I do not use any character entities in the name field so that searches can work properly.

    Hi @dcdawg,

I’ll test this in my site. I don’t recall changing something to this.. Let me check and I’ll get back to you here.

    Kind regards,

    Hey @dcdawg ,

I checked this, in my last updated version, on a live site and I don’t have this issue.
The site is private but I created a few screenshots:
    * The output on the site: https://afbeelding.im/CzzQClFH
    * WordPress admin: https://afbeelding.im/so9Pco1f

Both of the quoted words are added after the plugin’s last update ofcourse.

I cannot seem to reproduce this error. Do you maybe have installed a security plugin or did you update a theme? The value in the database of the quote is also not stored in the database as the character entity.

    Kind regards,

Also, on one of the ‘showcase’ websites, you can see it functioning OK (it’s not my website, nor do I know the owner): https://koor-excelsior.nl/repertoire/

Hi @dcdawg, have you seen my previous comments?

    Kind regards, Jeroen
