Translating courses

Hi,

I’ve studied your FAQ thoroughly but I still can’t find an answer to my question.

So my situation is this:
We want a multisite network with one site for each language. Each site should have the same content, but in different languages obviously.
We will duplicate a base site with all the courses and stuff, so we just have to exchange the translation.

Is there any way to export the courses and lections, other than as .json, to send to translators and easily feed back into the system, without having to go into every lection and course itself to feed the translations.

I hope this isn’t a supid question and thank you for your help.
