I tryed to translate this plugin partially in Finnish (front-end parts only).

First I used the plugin My WP Translate (Loco Translate conflicts with some other plugin and doesn’t work for me).

It creates a po-file. I created then with Windows Poedit into mo format and renamed it as gd-bbpress-tools-fi.mo and I transfer it to the plugin folder and general language folder. But the file doens’t do anything.

There is still “Orree wrote” even if I traslated it into Finnish as “vastasi”.

Is the file name wrong or the pugin can’t lokalize?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

My WP Translate used for this plugin translation file, which has as part of the name gd-bbpress-attachment. Does this plugin incorrect file references?

I didn’t get frontend texts translated in your GD bbPress Tools. I deleted entire translation, which I made for it because filtering worked better, but filtering works only for texts, which don’t have dynamic texts (%s etc). I get with “My WP Translate” translated “WP Sitemap Page”, so the translation tool works.

    Hi,

Yes, there is a wrong reference to domain name for translation. This is a free plugin that can be translated via www.ads-software.com, and WP.org doesn’t care about that, so I never noticed it was wrong.

I will release update tomorrow with the fix.

This is now fixed in 3.4.1.
