Translating Ness template in cyrillic

Hi
I’m building a site for a Russian friend and Im trying to use Loco Translate to translate the default texts of a WS template.
The template is called Ness. I have download Loco translate and translated the entries in default.po (see attachment).
I have set Russian language in settings, but still the default texts, like ‘NO MORE ARTICLES’ at the end of the homepage, is appearing in english.
Can someone help?
