Translating “on” to “Publicerad”, or remove

  • Hi,

    How can I translate “on” before the date to “Publicerad”, or remove it completely? (On 25 april, 2017)

    Would like it to look like this:

    Publicerad 25 april, 2017

    or:

    25 april, 2017

    I have tried Loco Translate but no template for translation came with this plug-in. Loco Translation tried to extract fro the soure code, but it did not work.
