Translating Preference Table

Hi there,

I have set up almost all the features, but I am having difficulties to access the pop-up that opens when the user clicks on manage its preferences. I need to access it in order to translate the content, because it is appearing in English, but I should translate it into Portuguese. How can I access this table?
