translating specific words that does not work with logo translate

Hi,

i am working on a site that needs to be translated to french automatically i accomplished this by using the plugin loco translate, but it seems that a few of the plugins does not translate specific words to french like for example if you go to the login page and translate it to french the word login stays English and does not translate, there are a few other words as well and these are both related to plugins does this mean i have to contact the plugin developers and tell them about the issue or is there another way to allow plugins to translate words without using a plugin?
